Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
"ELEVAT SOLAR" OOD (limited liability company), company ID (UIC) 200270567, registered office and address of management: Yavorov residential area, bl. 73, entr. 1, fl. 2, apt. 4, Slatina district, Sofia, Bulgaria. The company operates under the name Elevat Solar Consulting.

The company has not appointed a data protection officer, as it is not required to do so under Art. 37 GDPR.
2. What data we process and why
Site visits (Google Analytics). The site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure traffic: which pages are opened, from which device and browser, from which country and from which source the visitor arrives. Google Analytics 4 does not record full IP addresses. The data are processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). Event data are kept for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, according to the settings of the Google Analytics account.
Green Energy Brief subscription. When you subscribe, we process your email address to send you the newsletter. The list is kept on the Brevo platform, which is based in France. Legal basis: your consent. The data are kept until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every issue or by writing to office@elevatsolar.eu. Providing your email address is voluntary. Without it we cannot send you the newsletter.
Correspondence. When you write to us by email, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to reply and, for a service enquiry, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Correspondence is kept for up to 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. Providing the data is voluntary. Without it we cannot reply to you.
Technical hosting data. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. On every visit the server records technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the site. These records are kept for a short period under Vercel's policy.
3. Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies (_ga, _ga_*). They are set only after you consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the pages. If you decline, the site deletes the Google Analytics cookies and stops setting them. The site does not use advertising cookies. Your cookie choice and the selected site language are stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage). These are technically necessary records and are not sent to us.
4. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
The data are processed by Google, Brevo and Vercel as data processors. Google and Vercel may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can request a copy of the applicable safeguards at office@elevatsolar.eu. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to office@elevatsolar.eu.
We do not make automated decisions, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
6. Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
